What is your Refund Policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason we are happy to issue you a full refund, no questions asked.

If you need to cancel your appointment please email us at and notify us that you need to cancel your appointment and required a refund for your test.

If you need to change your appointment date please notify us and we are happy to reschedule you for another date or time.

You will only be charged for tests that were actually performed and there are no cancellation fees.

If you do not receive your results within 72 hours of the day of your test, we will issue you a full refund upon request.
Why are the Prices different for Insured versus Uninsured patients?

Covid-19 Testing is covered by health insurance under the CARES act. This applies to any patient experiencing current symptoms of a Covid-19 infection or who has been recently exposed to Covid-19. If the purpose of your test is clearance for travel the price of testing is the uninsured price of $175.

We ask for a copy of your health insurance card to submit to our laboratory partner. Our laboratory partner submits a claim to your insurance company and is reimbursed by your insurance company to cover the lab fee's associated with conducting a COVID-19 PCR test.

Good Hearts Testing charges a separate service fee for conducting the testing. This fee varies depending on whether you choose Drive-Up or At Home Testing

Which Insurance Plans are accepted?
