What is your Refund Policy?

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason we are happy to issue you a full refund, no questions asked. 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please email us at GoodHeartsTesting@gmail.com and notify us that you need to cancel your appointment and required a refund for your test.

  • If you need to change your appointment date please notify us and we are happy to reschedule you for another date or time. 

  • You will only be charged for tests that were actually performed and there are no cancellation fees.

  • If you do not receive your results within 72 hours of the day of your test, we will issue you a full refund upon request.

Why are the Prices different for Insured versus Uninsured patients?

  • Covid-19 Testing is covered by health insurance under the CARES act.  This applies to any patient experiencing current symptoms of a Covid-19 infection or who has been recently exposed to Covid-19.  If the purpose of your test is clearance for travel the price of testing is the uninsured price of $175. 

  • We ask for a copy of your health insurance card to submit to our laboratory partner.  Our laboratory partner submits a claim to your insurance company and is reimbursed by your insurance company to cover the lab fee's associated with conducting a COVID-19 PCR test.  

  • Good Hearts Testing charges a separate service fee for conducting the testing.  This fee varies depending on whether you choose Drive-Up or At Home Testing

Do I have to pay a Copay when using my Insurance for Covid-19 Testing?

  • No!  The CARES act "Requires coverage (without cost-sharing or other cost-containment measures) of a test for the detection of SARS–CoV–2 or the diagnosis of the virus that causes COVID–19 "

Which Insurance Plans are accepted?

  • All commercial Insurance Plans, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted.
