When Do I get my RT-PCR Test results?

  • 30 Minute RT-PCR results are available 30-60 minutes after the sample is taken

  • 3 Hour RT-PCR results are available 3 hours after your test is performed.

    • Please Note, 3 Hour RT-PCR Testing is available 7 days a week from 9a-1:30p only. 

  • Your results will be emailed to you as a pdf.

Do your tests meet the criteria for international travel?

  • Yes!  All of our RT-PCR tests meet all criteria for international travel.

Do You provide a QR code for your RT-PCR tests?

  • Yes! Our 30 minute RT-PCR and 3 Hour RT-PCR tests comes with a QR code on the result form.

What Do I do if the if I have not received my Results in the time promised?

  • Please contact us at (786) 747-7904 or email us at GoodHeartsTesting@gmail.com

  • The most common cause delayed results is an incorrect email address.  We email you your results as a PDF after your test has run.  If you did not receive an email and it is not in your junk/spam folder please contact us so we can re send you your results immediately. 

What is your Refund Policy?

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason we are happy to issue you a full refund, no questions asked. 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please email us at GoodHeartsTesting@gmail.com and notify us that you need to cancel your appointment and required a refund for your test.

  • If you need to change your appointment date please notify us and we are happy to reschedule you for another date or time.

  • You will only be charged for tests that were actually performed and there are no cancellation fees.

  • If you do not receive your results within 6 hours from the time your sample was taken, we will issue you a full refund upon request.

How do I get reimbursed for testing by my Insurance?

  • You can get reimbursed by your insurance company for the cost of your covid testing if are sick or were exposed to Covid-19.

  • In order to apply for reimbursement by your insurance:

  1.  Email us at GoodHeartTesting@gmail.com and ask for an invoice/receipt for your Covid Test​

  2.  Reach out to your insurance company and request reimbursement for the cost of your Covid Testing.

  3.  Submit a copy of the report to your insurance company.  Your insurance company may request a CPT code for the test and/or a diagnosis code.  The CPT code is: 87635        The ICD-10/Diagnosis Code is Z20.828     TIN: 85-2415378       NPI: 1962729301
